You’ve been told it’s normal. It isn’t.

You've been handed the pill, told your labs look fine, or told this is just what periods are. Meanwhile you're canceling plans, missing work, and bracing for the same days every single month. Endometriosis, fibroids, and severe period pain are real, and they respond to real treatment. You are not being dramatic, and you are not out of options.

This is exactly what I do.

Painful periods, endometriosis, and fibroids aren't a side specialty for me. They're the center of my practice, and they're personal. My own experience inside the women's healthcare system showed me how often women are dismissed, hurried, and left to just cope. I built my practice to be the opposite: unhurried, focused, and genuinely listening. You deserve to be taken seriously.

We work in a focused series, because lasting relief comes from a course of care, not a single visit.

3. Feel the change

Book a discovery call
A young woman with curly brown hair, yellow-painted nails, and a nose piercing is sitting at a wooden table, smiling and laughing while holding a glass of dark beverage. There is a spoon and a small container on the table in front of her, and a white brick wall in the background.

Imagine a period you don’t have to plan your life around

Shorter, lighter, far less painful cycles. Days handed back to you every month. Less dread, less bracing, less rearranging your life around your body. And when you're ready to grow your family, a body that has been cared for and prepared, not fought against.
